Our Mimosa is powdered root bark. The powder is made from the most inner part of the root bark, that’s the part that contains the most beautiful purple-pink colorants. Normally after powdering there will not only be powder but also woody fibers that contain no coloring material at all. During the processing these fibers, even very small ones, are removed.

This all is done to leave you with a much purer product that contains the most colorants per weight. No chemicals are used in any part of the process!
